Historically, Gunnison Crested Butte was a pretty traditional Colorado DMO. Their focus was on "heads in beds" and "butts in seats" - lodging and supporting the local air program. In recent years, Gunnison County has asked the org to take on additional roles in stewardship, economic development, and supporting Western Colorado University. While there is synergy between those efforts, Gunnison Crested Butte now needs to wrangle multiple sub-brands and deliver a variety of messages to a multitude of audiences. This Brand Foundation and Guide is the result of a year's worth of intense collaboration with the client, and has positioned them well for their current obligations as well as those yet to come.
